So sorry we weren’t able to be at the funeral but our thoughts are with you. I have memories from childhood being at the shop in Colchester and playing with my cousins. Auntie Lillian was always so kind, good natured, smiley and warm. I really enjoyed visiting again in recent years and finding the same person, always generous and interested in our lives. Sending love and hugs to Wendy, Barbara and your families from Val and mine xxx

In memory of my dear friend Lyn. So sad that we will no more go out for our lunches together and then spend time at home talking and having a laugh over our tea and cakes.... our version of having a rave up! We’d known each other for a long time, since meeting up in the offices of the firm we worked for in the early Eighties. We had a lot in common, especially our families, and both being widows could sympathise with each other. You will be sadly missed Lyn, but not forgotten. Rest in Peace now, reunited with Derek. With much love. Audrey and Donna xxxxxx
